AUX & Qineasy — Migration to upgrade business systems and optimize cost

AUX Group achieved RMB 81 billion revenue in 2022, with total assets of RMB 62.5 billion and over 30,000 employees. It owns two listed companies (Sanxing Medical 601567, AUX International 02080), and is recognized as a national enterprise technology center, national technology innovation demonstration enterprise, national intellectual property demonstration enterprise, and a permanent postdoctoral program host. It holds two globally renowned brands—AUX and Sanxing—with brand value exceeding RMB 47 billion.

This project launches a new system platform to explore new business directions. Qineasy planned the system design and assisted in verifying architectural feasibility and stability to ensure stable customer service and smooth delivery after go-live.

To meet business and cost requirements, this solution extensively uses AWS Graviton instances to replace legacy x86 instances, improving performance while effectively controlling costs. To reduce operational workloads, managed services are adopted for components such as Redis, MongoDB, MySQL, Kafka and Elasticsearch, mapped to AWS ElastiCache, DocumentDB, RDS, MSK and OpenSearch.

For monitoring needs, a self-hosted third-party full-stack monitoring system is deployed to cover applications and infrastructure.
